Wonderful
Excellent, fast, friendly service. Sent me a personal message with a photo before pick-up to let me know where their booth was located. Their service was so good, i’d go to an event just to pick up tickets from them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Richard Paul Astley, born in 1966, is an English singer, songwriter, and musician known for his powerful baritone voice, which shot him to fame in the late 1980s. After taking a break from music, he experienced a remarkable comeback, thanks in part to the internet phenomenon that introduced him to a new audience.
Astley started his musical career early, singing in a church choir in Newton-le-Willows, Lancashire. While in school, he played drums in a local soul band called FBI. His big break came in 1985 when renowned record producer Pete Waterman discovered him singing in a club. Waterman was struck by Astley’s mature voice, which made listeners think he was an older American soul singer.
Moving to London, Astley worked for two years at the PWL recording studio, starting as a “tea boy” and gradually learning the music business. His first hit single, “Never Gonna Give You Up,” released in 1987, became an international sensation, topping charts in over 25 countries, including a five-week run at No. 1 in the UK and reaching No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100. His debut album, Whenever You Need Somebody, released the same year, sold 15 million copies worldwide, making him one of the most successful pop artists of that era.
Astley’s music blends classic 80s dance-pop and blue-eyed soul with later adult-contemporary and traditional soul influences. His notable songs include “Together Forever,” “Whenever You Need Somebody,” “She Wants to Dance with Me,” and the 1991 soul ballad “Cry for Help.” His 2016 comeback album, 50, featured the single “Keep Singing.”
He won a Brit Award in 1988 for “Never Gonna Give You Up.” By the time he stepped back from music in 1993, he had sold around 40 million records and was nominated for a Grammy Award.
Astley’s career took a surprising turn in 2007 with the advent of “Rickrolling,” an internet meme that directs users to the “Never Gonna Give You Up” music video when they click on misleading links. Astley embraced this trend, gaining popularity with a younger audience. He was named “Best Act Ever” at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2008. By 2021, the music video for his iconic song had surpassed one billion views on YouTube.
He has toured widely, including the 1989 Australia Tour, the Beautiful Life Tour in the 2010s, and the Mix Tape Tour in 2022 alongside acts like New Kids On The Block and Salt ‘N’ Pepa.
Astley’s influence in the music industry, particularly in the late 80s, is undeniable, with a legacy shaped by his catchy hits and powerful performances. His acceptance and celebration of the internet meme culture not only revitalised his career but also solidified his place as a cultural icon. Today, he remains a beloved figure, with a dedicated fan base that appreciates both his classic hits and his recent work, including critically acclaimed albums and live performances.
Rick Astley’s The Reflection Tour 2026 across the UK and Ireland is set to be a vibrant arena experience, featuring special guest Gabrielle. Attendees should expect a dynamic show that successfully bridges nostalgia and Astley’s current career renaissance. The setlist will be a rich mix of his 1980s global smash hits, like “Never Gonna Give You Up” and “Together Forever,” alongside tracks from his recent chart-topping albums and unexpected, high-energy covers, such as his popular rock renditions.
