Wonderful
Excellent, fast, friendly service. Sent me a personal message with a photo before pick-up to let me know where their booth was located. Their service was so good, i’d go to an event just to pick up tickets from them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Evanescence are an American rock band formed in Little Rock, Arkansas in the mid-1990s by singer and keyboardist Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. Their blend of gothic-tinged metal, piano-led melodies and intense, emotional lyrics quickly set them apart from other rock acts of the time. The band built an early following through independent releases and local shows before breaking through in 2003 with their debut studio album, Fallen.
Fallen became a global success, driven by the anthems “Bring Me to Life” and “My Immortal.” The record combined heavy guitar riffs, cinematic string arrangements and Lee’s haunting vocals, and it resonated with rock, metal and mainstream audiences alike. The album earned Evanescence seven Grammy nominations and two wins, for Best Hard Rock Performance and Best New Artist, and spent weeks on international charts. It is widely credited with helping to bring female-fronted alternative metal and gothic rock into the mainstream in the early 2000s.
Over subsequent albums, including The Open Door (2006), the self-titled Evanescence (2011) and The Bitter Truth (2021), the band expanded their sound while retaining the core elements that defined their debut. The Open Door leaned further into orchestral arrangements and complex song structures, while Evanescence explored electronic textures and modern rock production. The Bitter Truth, written and recorded after a long gap between full-length studio albums, returned to a heavier, more aggressive sound that echoed their early work while reflecting the band’s evolution and maturity.
Throughout their catalogue, Evanescence combine down-tuned guitars and driving rhythms with lush orchestration, atmospheric synths and piano, all anchored by Amy Lee’s powerful mezzo-soprano.
Evanescence’s visual style also shapes their impact. Their videos, artwork and live shows lean into gothic imagery, dramatic lighting and theatrical presentation. Onstage, Lee’s presence at the piano and as frontwoman, paired with the band’s tight, guitar-driven performance, creates an immersive, darkly cinematic concert experience.
Over the years, Evanescence have sold millions of albums worldwide and toured extensively across multiple continents. Their influence is evident in many rock, metal and alternative acts inspired by their blend of gothic atmosphere, symphonic depth and emotionally charged songwriting. Many newer artists cite Fallen as a gateway into heavier music or as inspiration for their own creative paths.
Evanescence’s balance of aggression and melody, heaviness and vulnerability, has kept them relevant well beyond the early 2000s rock resurgence that launched them. With a catalogue that continues to attract new listeners and a reputation for powerful live performances, they remain one of the most enduring and recognisable bands of their era.
Evanescence’s 2026 world tour marks their first major headlining trek in several years and celebrates over two decades of influential music while showcasing both classic hits and recent material. With a stacked support lineup including Spiritbox, Poppy, K.Flay and Nova Twins on select legs, fans will experience high-energy rock meets atmospheric drama, enhanced by Amy Lee’s powerful vocals, layered production and cinematic lighting. From sprawling North American amphitheatres through UK arenas to European stadiums and beyond, this tour promises a career-spanning celebration of Evanescence’s legacy and ongoing evolution.
