Wonderful

Excellent, fast, friendly service. Sent me a personal message with a photo before pick-up to let me know where their booth was located. Their service was so good, i’d go to an event just to pick up tickets from them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

About Olivia Dean

Olivia Lauryn Dean was born in 1999 in Haringey, London, and she has Jamaican-Guyanese heritage. Her middle name, Lauryn, is a tribute to Lauryn Hill, reflecting her parents’ love for music. Olivia spent her childhood in Highams Park, where she immersed herself in a musical atmosphere that included gospel choir participation and musical theatre training.

At age 15, she was accepted into the BRIT School, a prestigious arts academy where she shifted her focus from theatre to songwriting. During this time, she taught herself to play the piano and guitar. Olivia’s professional music career took flight at 17 when she auditioned for Rudimental, an acclaimed electronic group, and became a backing vocalist. She featured on their 2019 single “Adrenaline,” which marked her entry into the music industry.

Unlike many artists who experience a meteoric rise, Olivia’s breakthrough came gradually, characterised by growing critical acclaim and a loyal fan base. After her stint with Rudimental, she signed with EMI and released her debut EP, OK Love You Bye, in 2019. The single “Reason to Stay” resonated with listeners, garnering millions of streams and showcasing her heartfelt songwriting style.

A significant moment in her career arrived in 2021 when Amazon Music named her Breakthrough Artist of the Year, thanks in part to her cover of Nat King Cole’s “The Christmas Song,” which reached number 19 on the UK Singles Chart. Her debut album, Messy, released in 2023, solidified her reputation in the music scene, earning a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize and being recognised as the BBC Music Introducing Artist of the Year.

Musically, Olivia Dean’s sound is a rich blend of neo-soul, jazz-infused pop, and contemporary R&B. Her lyricism often delves into themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Some of her best-known tracks include “The Hardest Part,” which achieved BPI Gold status; “Dive,” from her Growth EP; “Ladies Room” and “Messy” from her debut album; as well as “Man I Need” and “Nice to Each Other” from her upcoming sophomore album, The Art of Loving. “Man I Need” has gained considerable attention for its global chart performance.

Olivia is also renowned for her engaging and powerful live performances. An innovative highlight of her early career was the From Me To You Tour in 2021, where she performed socially-distanced sets across the UK in a distinctive open-fronted yellow truck. Since then, she has moved on to headline larger venues, including sold-out tours for her album Messy. Her live performance credentials include appearances at major festivals like Glastonbury, and she has supported renowned acts such as Sam Fender during his UK tour.

In terms of recognition, Olivia Dean has received numerous accolades. She was named Amazon Music Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 2021 and BBC Music Introducing Artist of the Year in 2023. Her debut album Messy earned her a Mercury Prize nomination, and she received several BRIT Award nominations in 2024, including Best New Artist and British Artist of the Year. Notably, in 2025, she became the first British female artist since Adele to have three UK top 10 singles concurrently. Critics consistently praise her music for its genuine emotional depth, vocal talent, and innovative blend of traditional and contemporary styles.

The 2026 “The Art of Loving Live” arena tour promises to be her most ambitious yet, featuring material from her new album along with fan favourites. After a surge in popularity, this tour will showcase Olivia’s captivating stage presence and a full band experience.
