Bringing one of his most loved and celebrated albums along for the ride, Stevie Wonder is coming back to the UK this autumn. The legend himself has announced a run of UK and European shows in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Songs in the Key of Life, with four UK dates in the calendar for October and November. Wonder is set to play the iconic 1976 album in full during the shows, so for those who have ever wanted to hear “Sir Duke,” “Isn’t She Lovely” and the rest of the record live, this is the best opportunity you’ll get.

The UK Shows

Tuesday 13 October 2026
Utilita Arena, Birmingham

Tuesday 3 November 2026
The O2, London

Sunday 8 November 2026
Co-op Live, Manchester

Wednesday 11 November 2026
OVO Hydro, Glasgow

The Glasgow performance will bring the UK leg to a close, unless additional dates are announced, with Wonder then continuing onto the US with shows in November.

50 Years of Songs in the Key of Life

It’s hard to overstate the importance of the Songs in the Key of Life album, after its release in September 1976, the album became Wonder’s third Grammy win of Album of the Year and has become one of the defining records of his career. The album contains a huge number of hits that have become pillars of the industry ever since, “I Wish,” “Another Star”, and the mega-hit “Isn’t She Lovely” all came from the record. It’s really exciting that five decades later, Wonder is now giving the album its full live treatment, rather than pulling a few favourites into a greatest hits set, performing the album front to back.

Stevie’s Biggest Tour in Years

The announcement marks Wonder’s first full tour since his 2024 run, even though he’s still been making appearances in the meantime, including a performance at the Grammys and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame events, this is the first time Stevie has appeared in front of a major live audience. And what a way to do it, celebrating one of the biggest albums of his career.

Tickets

Tickets go on sale on general sale at 10am on Friday, 11th September. While ticket prices for all shows are yet to be revealed, prices for Glasgow tickets are listed from between £101 and £208, including the venue’s administration fee, with premium options also available at a higher price.

It’s rare for an artist to be able to get out there and perform a whole album for its 50th anniversary, making this one a particularly special moment for Stevie Wonder fans with Songs in the Key of Life being treated like a centrepiece rather than a slice of nostalgia in a greatest hits show. Fifty years on, Wonder is giving the album another run into the spotlight, with UK fans getting four chances to hear it.
