Was a bit dubious buying F1 tickets…
Bought a 4 day grandstand seat to the australian grand prix and was a bit offput by the fact that I wouldn't recieve my tickets til the week of, but lo and behold, 3 days before the event the tickets were transferred to me without issue. Happy with the process overall.

Sammy Hagar is an American rock singer, songwriter and musician whose career has stretched over more than five decades, making him one of hard rock’s most enduring voices. He first came to prominence in the 1970s as the frontman of Montrose, where his powerful vocals and commanding stage presence helped define the band’s classic rock sound. His early solo work followed, yielding hits like “I Can’t Drive 55” and establishing his reputation as a versatile, high-energy and charismatic performer.
Hagar’s breakthrough into mainstream superstardom came in 1985 when he joined Van Halen, stepping in as the new frontman after David Lee Roth’s departure. This period produced several multi-platinum albums, including “5150,” “OU812,” “For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge” and “Balance.” It also delivered rock radio staples such as “Why Can’t This Be Love,” “Dreams” and “Right Now.” His time with Van Halen helped keep the band at the top of the global rock scene well into the 1990s and firmly cemented his place in rock history. In 2007, Hagar was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Van Halen, a recognition of the impact he has had on the genre.
Beyond Van Halen, Hagar has built a wide-ranging career that includes both solo success and a series of collaborative projects. He founded the supergroup Chickenfoot, bringing together fellow rock heavyweights for a run of albums and tours, and more recently assembled The Best of All Worlds Band. That lineup features guitar legend Joe Satriani, longtime Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony and powerhouse drummer Kenny Aronoff. Together they celebrate the biggest moments from every stage of Hagar’s career, from Montrose and Van Halen to his solo hits and beyond. His influence can be heard across classic rock radio and seen on festival stages and arena tours, and he is often credited with bridging hard rock’s golden era with the energy and scale of contemporary live performance.
Touring has always been at the heart of Hagar’s legacy. From Montrose club shows in the 1970s to Van Halen arena tours and his own solo runs, he has become known for high-octane performances, muscular guitar work and an easy, natural connection with the crowd. His recent Best of All Worlds tour, which pulls together his own catalogue, Van Halen favourites, and solo classics, keeps that tradition alive. The show has already been featured in a series of residencies and live recordings, and now sets the stage for his return to the UK in 2026, where fans will be able to experience his career-spanning set in person.
Sammy Hagar returns to the UK for his first full arena tour since 1996 with Sammy & The Best of All Worlds Band, bringing his career-spanning catalogue to four major arenas. Fans can expect a powerful show that blends Hagar’s solo hits (I Can’t Drive 55, Your Love Is Driving Me Crazy), Montrose anthems, material from Chickenfoot, and a deep dive into his tenure with Van Halen (5150, Why Can’t This Be Love, Finish What Ya Started). Joined by special guests Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and supported by opener JAYLER, the tour celebrates more than 50 years of rock, offering both nostalgia and high-octane performance.
