Houston Rockets point guard Jeremy Lin has become a big selling point for his side’s pre-season NBA game against the Indiana Pacers in the Philippines.
Lin, who rocketed to stardom two years ago with the New York Knicks, has become an ambassador for the league in Asia with his arrival in the region sparking pandemonium.
Tickets to the Rockets and Pacers gave have also been quickly snapped up in the basketball-mad nation despite the steep prices costing well above the monthly wage for some people in the developing country.
