Chelsea’s new signing Willian has been snapped completing his medical at Stamford Bridge, and it looks as though he has been awarded the no.21 shirt.
Chelsea have agreed terms with the player and his club Anzhi Makhachkala, and the 25-year-old Brazilian has also announced the move via his Twitter and instagram accounts.
