Arsenal offer £40m for Luis Suarez according to respected Spanish journalist.
Spanish football journalist Kike Marin has claimed on Twitter that Arsenal have offered £40m for Liverpool’s Luis Suarez, and £20m for Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain.
Marin is followed on Twitter by Real Madrid star Xabi Alonso, and respected Spanish football journalists Guillem Balague and Sid Lowe, so his comments could have weight.
The Guardian reported today that Arsenal were prepared to up their offer, but it appears they may already have done it.
