Arsenal fan Henry Dhabasani, from Iganga District in Eastern Uganda, made the mistake of betting his house on his beloved Gunners beating Manchester United.
He put up his two bedroom home against his friend Rashid Yiga, who in turn offered his wife and car if the Red Devils lost the game – also perhaps unwise.
Of course, Manchester United triumphed 1-0 thanks to a goal from former Emirates Stadium stalwart Robin Van Persie, meaning that Dhabasani had to give up his home.
According to SuperSport, he fainted upon hearing the full time whistle, and on Monday a number of Man Utd supporters stormed his property and threw him out.
