World Cup training camps can be dull. So much so that England boss Roy Hodgson has reportedly already asked for advice on keeping the players entertained next summer from Andy Flower, England’s cricket coach, and Warren Gatland, Lions’ head-coach.
But perhaps Hodgson should look closer to home for an answer…
