Was a bit dubious buying F1 tickets…
Bought a 4 day grandstand seat to the australian grand prix and was a bit offput by the fact that I wouldn't recieve my tickets til the week of, but lo and behold, 3 days before the event the tickets were transferred to me without issue. Happy with the process overall.

The Dubai Tennis Championships, officially known as the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, is one of the most prestigious and glamorous tournaments on the ATP and WTA tours. First held in 1993, the tournament takes place on outdoor hard courts at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai and has grown from a modest ATP 250 event into one of the most coveted titles on the early-season calendar. The WTA women’s tournament debuted in 2001, with Martina Hingis winning the inaugural edition , and the event has operated as a WTA 1000 and ATP 500 tournament in recent years, attracting the very best players in the world to the United Arab Emirates each February. The men’s tournament has won the ATP 500 Tournament of the Year eleven times since 2003 — a remarkable record that reflects the esteem in which players hold the event.
Roger Federer holds the record for the most men’s singles titles in Dubai with eight, also holding the records for most finals appearances and most consecutive titles. His dominance in the desert made the Aviation Club one of his most beloved venues and produced some of the most celebrated matches of his career. On the women’s side, Justine Henin and Venus Williams share the record for the most women’s singles titles , each claiming the trophy multiple times across their careers. Other past champions include Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams, Simona Halep, and Elina Svitolina — a list that reads like a who’s who of the modern game. Most recently, Daniil Medvedev won the 2026 men’s title , while Mirra Andreeva claimed the 2025 women’s crown, defeating Clara Tauson 7–6, 6–1 in the final.
In 2005, the Dubai Tennis Championships implemented an equal prize money policy for men and women, becoming only the third professional tennis event in the world to do so after the Australian Open and the US Open. It was a landmark moment that cemented Dubai’s reputation not just as a world-class sporting destination but as a progressive force in the development of the game.
The Dubai Tennis Championships offers an atmosphere unlike any other on the ATP or WTA calendar. Played under the warm February sun in one of the world’s most dynamic cities, the tournament blends elite sport with the luxury and spectacle that Dubai does better than anywhere else. The Aviation Club Tennis Centre is an intimate venue where fans are close to the action, and the backdrop of the Dubai skyline gives the event a setting that is as visually spectacular as the tennis itself. With sell-out crowds, top-tier hospitality, and an off-court entertainment programme to match, a trip to Dubai for the tennis is an experience that goes far beyond the baseline.
The Dubai Tennis Championships is held annually in late February at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre, with the WTA 1000 event typically taking place in the first week, followed by the ATP 500 tournament in the second week. Both events regularly sell out, particularly the later rounds, so early booking is strongly recommended. Get your Dubai Tennis Championships tickets from Fanatix and experience world-class tennis in one of the most extraordinary sporting settings on the planet.
