Adelaide has announced it will not trade star midfielder Patrick Dangerfield.
Speculation has over Dangerfield’s future has increased over the past two months, with rumours the Crows were looking to trade the the 24-year-old before he becomes a free agent at the end of the 2015 season.
Crows head of football David Noble will not consider trading the star.
“There’s no interest in Patrick Dangerfield … he’s not on the table, he’s not going to be,” Noble said.
“I don’t know why all the kerfuffle continues to unfold. It’s a ridiculous suggestion.
“Patrick’s a required player, we’re really comfortable with where he is and there’s no issue.”
