Spanish giants eye Old Trafford raid.
Real Madrid could be lining up a bid for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea as they see him as the long-term replacement for Iker Casillas, according to Marca.
The Spanish giants are in need of a new signing in goal due to some disappointing recent form from Casillas, and de Gea’s superb displays for United in the Premier League could see him return to La Liga.
Having first caught the eye as a youngster at Atletico Madrid, de Gea is fast becoming regarded as one of the world’s best goalkeepers, and it is no surprise to see him attracting interest.
The Spaniard may be tempted to return to his home country with one of the biggest clubs in Europe if the offer came along.
