Hull City Tigers midfielder Tom Huddlestone has finally had his hair cut after growing his hair for almost three years, having declared in 2011 he would only get it cut when he scored his next goal.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star last found the back of the net in the north London derby for Spurs in April 2011, and during a period in which he was sidelined with injury, he elected to grow his hair for charity.
On 28th December 2013, with his afro now around five times the circumference of his face, Huddlestone finally scored again in the thrashing of Fulham at the KC Stadium.
Today, he had the most hotly anticipated haircut in the history of football.
At time of writing, Huddlestone has raised over £36,000 for Cancer Research UK.
