N’Gog has not been seen since last weekend.
There is concern in Ligue 1 as Stade de Reims striker David N’Gog has gone missing and has not been seen since last weekend, reports the Metro.
N’Gog is a relatively well known name in English football having previously played for Bolton Wanderers, Liverpool and Swansea City.
The 25-year-old was selected for last weekend’s trip to Lorient, but was forced to pull out due to illness and has not been seen since.
N’Gog was seen by the team doctor at the time to confirm his illness, but when club staff went to visit him earlier this week they could not find the Frenchman and he has not been answering his phonecall.
Manager Jean-Luc Vasseur insists that the forward is simply bed bound though.
