The PFA Player of the Year nominees for this season have been announced with stars from Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Southampton all shortlisted.
As Premier League leaders and having had a surprisingly impressive year, three Reds aces are included with captain Steven Gerrard, Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez all named.
The rest of the exclusive six-man lineup is made up of Blues top-scorer Eden Hazard, City’s Yaya Toure and Saints skipper Adam Lallana.
All six will now be considered as the eventual winner of the prestigious award, with the ceremony and announcements being held on 27 April.
