City have their eyes on former Stamford Bridge ace Kevin de Bruyne.
Manchester City are eyeing a big money move in the region of £20 million to bring Vfl Wolfsburg playmaker Kevin de Bruyne back to the Premier League in January, report the Mirror, just twelve months after Chelsea opted to sell the highly rated Belgian to the Bundesliga high flyers.

De Bruyne was brought to Chelsea for a fee of around £7 million from Belgian Jupiler League outfit Genk, but the Blues never saw the best of the Belgian international as he was given few chances to impress before being sold to Wolfsburg last January.
That could prove to be a decision that comes back to haunt Chelsea, however, as their main title rivals look to bring de Bruyne back to Premier League – and potentially the huge amount of goals and assists that he has provided for Wolfsburg with him.
