GK) Salvatore Sirigu
The Italian keeper is the only player currently starting for PSG who used to get in the side before they were bought by billionaires. He’s a solid shot stopper, and can pass the ball out from the back, too.
DR) Gregory van der Wiel
The Dutchman is fit again, and should replace Jallet on the right of the back four.
The Brazilian can expect a warm reception back at Stamford Bridge, for the first time since leaving in 2012.
DC) Thiago Silva
Arguably the world’s best centre-back, Silva is as brilliantly comfortable in possession as he is positionally uncompromised. If Chelsea are to win tonight, they’ll have to give Silva more problems than they did last week.
The Brazilian is more comfortable in the opposing half than he is in his own, so will have to be careful to tame his attacking instincts this evening.
