Blues winger Kevin de Bruyne could talk to Bundesliga club.
The agent of Kevin de Bruyne says he will fly to London for talks with Chelsea and has confirmed he will look to seal a move to the Bundesliga for the Belgian.
De Bruyne, 22, wants to leave Stamford Bridge for first team football after making just two league appearances under Jose Mourinho.
The Belgium international is desperate to remain in contention for a spot at next summer’s World Cup and the Bundesliga, where he spent a successful season long-loan with Werder Bremen last term, appears his most likely destination.
“I am going to fly over to London to find a proper solution with Chelsea,” De Bruyne’s agent Patrick De Koster said.
“Should Kevin be granted a transfer, I will be immediately on the phone to Michael Reschke (Leverkusen’s general manager). We have a great relationship with him.
“Clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Schalke and Wolfsburg have also enquired.
“Kevin will decide which club offers the best future for him on a sporting level.”
The former Genk midfielder was Belgium’s top scorer in the 2014 World Cup qualification campaign with four goals in 10 appearances.
