Torres will not be rushed back to the starting XI but Salah is in line for a game.
Ahead of the Premier League clash with Newcastle United, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has given some updates on Fernando Torres and Mohamed Salah.
Torres returned to training this week for the first time since picking up an ankle injury during the 3-1 triumph over Manchester United on January 19.
Whilst it was initially thought the striker would be out for three to four weeks, the 29-year-old has recovered more quickly – although Mourinho says the Spaniard will still miss the Newcastle game.
