The new signing is set to make the striker’s debut.
After securing Samuel Eto’o on a free transfer from Anzhi Makhachkala, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says the striker will be given a debut against Everton in the Premier League.
Eto’o has yet to take to the field for the Blues due to the international break, but the 32-year-old should get a first run out at Goodison Park.

The Cameroon international has already experienced success under Mourinho when the pair won the treble of Serie A, Coppa Italia and the Champions League together at Inter Milan in 2010.
Now the 50-year-old will be hoping that Eto’o can solve the club’s attacking problems, that have not be sorted by either Fernando Torres or Demba Ba.
Both forwards have struggled at Stamford Bridge and despite the club having scored four goals in the league this season, neither have been scored by the pair.
Despite having never played in England, Mourinho is confident that Eto’o has adapted well and is ready to succeed.

It will be the second difficult away tie in a row for the west London club, with Mourinho’s men securing a 0-0 draw at Manchester United in their last game away from Stamford Bridge.
Despite the Merseyside outfit posing a significant danger, the Portuguese maestro says the visitors will be going for the win.
“We’re going to try to win, knowing they’re a difficult side, but our approach will be to try to win three points,” Mourinho said at the pre-match press conference.
