Chelsea transfer news
The 23-year-old has been in prolific form for Croatian side HNK Reijka this season, bagging 21 goals in 18 games so far.
That form has prompted the likes of Chelsea, Spurs and Leicester in recent weeks, but it appears that Jose Mourinho has beaten them to the punch.
The Blues have apparently put the finer details of a contract down, which the striker has agreed to, and now all that is left is for the two clubs to agree a fee.
It is believed that Reijka are hoping to earn around £7.5m for his signature and will be negotiating with the Chelsea back room over the coming days.
