Spikes describes his time with Pats as “four years a slave”.
Buffalo Bills linebacker Brandon Spikes took another opportunity to slam his former team, the New England Patriots, on Twitter on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Bills this off-season after spending four years with New England in a spell which ended contentiously after they placed him on the injured reserve list in January.
Spikes was critical of the Patriots in an interview last month, and it appears as though his anger towards the organisation has not abated as he took to Twitter on Wednesday to rant against his former team again by claiming that he can’t wait to hand them some losses in the new season.
Great games on the schedule for 2014, but it's going to be like Christmas to hand the #Patriots #PatriotsNation a L…twice! #BILLSMAFIA

Spikes was placed on a season-ending injured reserve list before the post-season with what the Patriots described as a knee injury.
However, the player himself refuted the report and insisted that he wasn’t injured while he admitted that he wasn’t happy during his time there despite speculation suggesting that it was a mutual decision to split.
Nevertheless, Spikes has made his feelings quite clear about the Patriots with his latest comments, and he can now expect a frosty reception when he faces his former team-mates after he revealed that he spent much of the time in the aftermath of his original comments blocking people on Twitter.
