Boxers fight war of words via social media before a possible future bout.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has agreed to face Amir Khan in a much-anticipated big-money bout—if the Englishman can overcome Adrien Broner first.
“Money” spoke honestly on Twitter, telling Khan he can earn the contract he has longed for with a victory over his American associate
I don't have an easy fight on May 3, 2014, so I can't over look @ChinoMaidana but @AmirKingKhan, if you and @AdrienBroner end up fighting…

It did not take long for the British fighter to fire back a short sharp jab also via Twitter, saying the pound-for-pound was full of s*** in his offer.
FM is full of shit. Just like ' my next opponent ' Poll.

The Bolton-based fighter has previously tried to bait Broner into a bout, signalling he is desperate to face Mayweather, despite many believing he has little chance of overcoming the 37-year-old.
Khan reportedly penned a contract in December to face Mayweather, but no mutual agreement was ever made.
Khan’s potential showdown with Broner has yet to be officially sanctioned, but Khan can take heart from the 24-year-old’s unanimous-decision loss to Maidana on Dec. 14, 2013. The Brit beat Maidana via the same method in 2010, so he will feel Mayweather can be reached with a confident performance.
if Khan was able to talk his way into a fight with Mayweather or earn it, it will be a massive win-win for the England fighter, as he will receive one of the biggest pay-days of his career while having little to lose against,a arguably, one of the greatest boxers ever.
