Gunners star closing in on exit.
Inter Milan are closing in on the signing of Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski after agreeing personal terms with the German international, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 29-year-old has become unhappy with his role as a backup player at the Emirates Stadium this season and is now ready to quit the club for a January move to Italy.
Inter have held talks with Podolski himself but are yet to finalise a fee with Arsenal to bring the experienced attacker to the San Siro this winter.
Podolski joined the Gunners in 2012 and helped the club to victory in the FA Cup last season, though he has lost his place to Alexis Sanchez this term.
