Sherman dominated headlines after post-game interview last season…
Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has recreated his now infamous NFC Championship Game rant, but this time it’s for a good cause.
The Seahawks star made the headlines for his outburst after his team defeated the San Francisco 49ers to advance to the Super Bowl last season, singling out receiver Michael Crabtree for his criticism.
While he has since apologised for the incident but then later insisted that he wouldn’t have wanted to change what he said, the debate continued for some time over whether or not it was appropriate for him to address a national TV audience in that manner.
Nevertheless, he has now re-created that speech for a good cause, as he supports the Swedish Cancer Institute of Seattle by re-wording his rant and sending a clear message to cancer whilst supporting those suffering from it.
