Jordan wishes James the best moving forward…
NBA legend Michael Jordan embraced Miami Heat star LeBron James after the two-time champion helped his team seal a series sweep over the Charlotte Bobcats.
The Heat advance to the Eastern Conference semi-finals with minimal fuss despite a spirited effort from the Bobcats, and they will now await the winner of the series between the Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors.
James made the headlines last week after apparently staring down Jordan on his way to the basket for a slam dunk, but it appeared as though there wasn’t much in it judging by their brief meeting at the end of Game 4.
Jordan will be pleased with the progress that his Bobcats have shown this year in getting to the post-season, while Miami now continue their quest for a third straight title.
The respect between the two is there without question, while Jordan also took time to congratulate Dwyane Wade who also came over to speak with him, as James revealed that the Chicago Bulls legend told them to stay healthy and keep going.
