NBA hall of famer teams up with exhibitionists to spread the game of basketball to the controversial state.
Dennis Rodman can no longer surprise us with his extravagant antics away from the world of basketball. British fans will know him for his awesome appearance on celebrity Big Brother.
Basketball fans will know him as being part of the second dynasty of the 1990’s Chicago Bulls, winning three national titles alongside Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. He also was well known for his physical appearance. The studded lips, tattoos and died hair made him instantly recognisable and one of the most fun characters in the league.
Well now he has teamed up with the Harlem Globetrotters to help with the expansion of awareness of the sport, this time going to North Korea, known for its hostile relationship with the US.
As part of filming for a new television programme, it is all about building a relationship through the sport, and something Rodman feels deeply about.
