Nick Foles injury – Eagles starting quarterback out 6-8 weeks with broken collarbone
The Philadelphia Eagles have won games this year as indicated by their 9-5 record, but quarterback play has been somewhat of a problem.
Starter Nick Foles regressed severely from his incredible 2013 season, and he eventually suffered a broken collarbone injury that has kept him out for six weeks and counting.
Mark Sanchez has filled in as the Eagles’ starting quarterback, and he will continue to do so in Week 16 against the Washington Redskins.
Eagles head coach Chip Kelly announced that Foles has not been medically cleared yet, but his return is imminent and may happen as soon as the playoffs begin.
The official NFL on ESPN Twitter account released the latest update on Foles’ injury.
