In what could be huge news for Arsenal, it is being reported that Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola is ready to replace Arsene Wenger in 2016, according to the London Evening Standard.

The Spanish tactician, who established himself as one of the best managers in the world during his time in charge of Barcelona, is also wanted by Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City, but is seemingly set on taking over at the Emirates Stadium.
Wenger has been at Arsenal since 1996 but may soon be ready to step down after a less successful second half of his reign at the north London club.
It has been expected that the Gunners would struggle to replace the highly influential Wenger, but there’s no doubt Guardiola could be the ideal replacement.
