Guardiola tells Shaqiri to ask for a transfer if he wants to leave Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich Pep Guardiola believes that sought after winger Xherdan Shaqiri will remain at the Allianz Arena, but has told the Swiss international that he needs to request a transfer if he does want to leave the Bundesliga champions according to Goal.

Shaqiri has been strongly linked with a move away from Guardiola’s all-conquering Bayern side on account of his inability to break past Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben to secure a regular place in the first team, with Premier League sides Arsenal and Liverpool particularly regularly linked with the former FC Basel star.
It is a situation that fellow midfielder Pierre-Emile Hjojberg finds himself in, however, and Guardiola has told both that they need to ask for a transfer if they do want to leave:
“I think they will stay. If they want something then they need to speak to Matthias Sammer.”
