Evans will be leaving Old Trafford after nine seasons with Man United, whom he helped lead to three Premier League titles.
The financial terms of the Irish international’s new deal have not been revealed yet, but he is sure to be a welcome addition to West Brom.
They are currently in 14th place in the Premier League standings after defeating Stoke City, 1-0, for their first win of the season.
