Liverpool are reportedly considering a late transfer window move for France under-21 full back Loris Nery.
Anfield director of football Damien Comolli has long been impressed with the Saint Etienne youngster, having seen him firsthand multiple times when employed by the Ligue 1 club.
The 20 year-old Nery made his debut a year ago, and has certainly demonstrated his talent.
While first and foremost a left back, Nery has proven himself capable of playing anywhere across the defensive line, and he could be one for the future for Kenny Dalglish.
It is likely that Nery would be sent back to France on loan for a season before fighting for his place at Anfield.
