Liverpool star Luis Suarez collaborates with Arsenal players on big money move…
Three Liverpool footballers and two of their rivals from Arsenal have joined forces to invest in a £50 million property scheme called Capital and Centric Investments LLP.
The Reds stars involved are defender Jose Enrique, midfielder Lucas Leiva and centre forward Luis Suarez – who was of course heavily linked with a transfer to Emirates Stadium last summer – and they are joined by deep lying playmaker Mikel Arteta and attacking midfielder Santi Cazorla from the Gunners.
The five Premier League players have all been appointed company directors upon their investments, with the business hoping for ten percent annual profits on a £250 million portfolio of rented property in the private sector.
Capital and Centric Investments LLP are reportedly looking to acquire property in Manchester and Liverpool, with Birmingham and Bristol projects also in the pipeline.
“We can confirm that having completed £30 million of speculative development in the last two years and with £20 million of property under construction, we’re beginning to focus some of our resources towards investment in private rented communities and residential development,” said the company’s founder Tim Heatley.
