Sepp Blatter recently resigned as FIFA president shortly after being elected to his fifth term.
He has continued to take a lot of heat for the brewing FIFA scandal.
Blatter may be in deep trouble now that he is being linked to the $10 million in bribe money that was accepted by officials.
This was in exchange for them voting in favor of South Africa hosting the 2010 World Cup.
It has already been discovered that former FIFA official Jerome Valcke played a major role in the bribery.
Valcke claims in the e-mail that Blatter discussed the $10 million with South African President Thabo Mbeki.
The money was eventually forwarded to executives that have since been charged with corruption.
Former FIFA official Jack Warner became a central figure in this scandal, as he was the one who allegedly received the money.
Blatter has not received any charges, but that may change if the allegations from the e-mail turn out to be true.
