Dynamo Kiev scored equalised in injury time to deny Stoke City a famous away win in the UEFA Europa League.
Ukraine legend Andriy Shevchenko started the match, but his vast experience could not prevent Tony Pulis’ team from taking a stunning lead.
Ryan Shotton cut the ball back to Cameron Jerome, who fired in from eight yards out to leave the Kiev goalkeeper with no chance.
Stoke have established a reputation in the Premier League as being an incredibly tough team to beat, and they set about defending their lead resolutely.
However, it was not to be – the Ukrainian team equalising in heartbreaking fashion.
Ognjen Vukojevic tucked in a low cross for Kiev with almost the last kick of the game to equalise, but Stoke can nevertheless be mightily encouraged by their performance.
