Bayern Munich will bid £7m for Chelsea winger Florent Malouda in January, according to German magazine Kicker.
The veteran France international has only played 90 minutes in one match so far this season, and was repeatedly linked with the Stamford Bridge exit in the summer.
However, towards the end of the transfer window, Chelsea boss Andre Villas Boas denied that Malouda would be sold – despite the signing of Juan Mata from Valencia.
“As we are speaking about the number of goals and assists that Mata has made at Valencia, let’s speak about the number that Malouda has made for Chelsea.
“We can’t let ourselves sell talent of this quality.
Malouda is growing old in footballer terms at 31, but does he still have a role to play at Chelsea?
