Australian Honda rider Casey Stoner clocked the fastest time in the third and last free MotoGP practice on a wet circuit on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s Czech Grand Prix.
On a rainy morning, the world championship leader weathered a crash early into the practice to set the day’s best time at 2min 07.321sec, more than ten seconds behind his time from Friday.
Spain’s Jorge Lorenzo on a Yamaha came in second ahead of Italy’s Ducati rider Valentino Rossi and Spain’s Dani Pedrosa on a Honda, who had topped both practices on Friday, setting a combined best time at 1:56.328.
