Despite agitating for a transfer since the dawn of time, Carlos Tevez could yet remain a Manchester City player for the long term.
The Argentina international forward has struggled to settle in the north west of England, as his wife and children elected to move back to their home country.
However, Tevez’s agent Kia Joorabchian has revealed that the striker’s wife has agreed to give Manchester another try, with no club able to convince Manchester City to part with Tevez.
“He has managed to convince his wife to come over to Manchester for a while at least,” said Joorabchian.
“If she manages to settle in hopefully in the next four or five months, maybe he will settle down and things will be fine.”
The next struggle for Tevez will be to convince Roberto Mancini he deserves a place in the Man City team ahead of either Sergio Aguero or Edin Dzeko.
