Manchester City look set to step up their interest in signing Swansea City striker and top Arsenal and Liverpool target Wilfried Bony this January, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Ivory Coast international is valued at around £20m and could be the solution to City’s injury crisis upfront, with Manuel Pellegrini now missing Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko.
Bony would no doubt make an upgrade on the likes of Stevan Jovetic and youngster Jose Pozo, who started upfront for City against Leicester City this weekend.
Arsenal and Liverpool have also eyed Bony in the past, but the 26-year-old now seems most likely to make the move to the Etihad Stadium this winter.
