According to reports in Italy, Arsenal will make a £10m offer to Juventus Daniele Rugani.
Rugani is currently on loan in Serie A, but has not made an official first appearance for Juventus. The under-21 Italian international also made an impressive bout with Empoli this season.

Since he has been linked with another loan switch for the next term, Rugani will most likely want more of a home-base, and Arsenal’s manager, Arsen Wenger, is insisting on making that happen.
Wenger has been known to be an admirer of Rugani, and hopes to be able to sway the Old Lady’s manager for the offer.
