There are only three teams in worse Barclays Premier League form than Arsenal at present.
Fortunately for Arsene Wenger, one of those teams is their opponents this weekend, Bolton Wanderers.
Owen Coyle has presided over one win and four losses for the Trotters this season, making his club’s record the second worst in the division.
Arsenal possessed the best away record in the Premier League last season, and were only the fifth best at home.
Perhaps an away fixture against struggling Bolton at the Reebok Stadium would almost be the match Arsenal fans would choose, but if the Emirates Stadium crowd provides decent support, the Gunners could really turn their season around.
At present with Arsenal though, nothing can be taken for granted – and Bolton cannot be underestimated.
