Fifa 13 simulation goes in Arsenal’s favour.
Arsenal’s official website has given pessimistic fans reason to be hopeful as they prepare for their game against Manchester City this weekend.
They have created a simulation of the up-coming fixture on Fifa 13…..and the Gunners came out victorious!
Arsenal got off to a bright start with Alex Oxlade Chamberlain netting from close range after being put through by an incisive pass from Spanish international Santi Cazorla.
The Gunners held on to their lead heading down the tunnel at half-time.
Manchester City responded just five minutes into the second half however. David Silva equalising with a slotted finish into the corner after some intricate passing between the Spanish winger and his team mates, Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko and fellow striker Carlos Tevez.
Their jubilation was short-lived though. Theo Walcott restored the lead just four minutes later, making a mockery of City captain Vincent Kompany’s attempt to tackle him, before cooly finishing when one-on-one with England goalkeeper Joe Hart.
Arsenal fans will be hoping the game in real life closely resembles their fortunes in the virtual world.
