Blues ace informs Mourinho of exit plans.
Mohamed Salah claims he has told Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho that he does not want to return to the club after joining Fiorentina on loan.
The Egyptian winger, who spent just one year with the Blues after joining from FC Basel last winter, was loaned to the Serie A side as part of the club’s deal to sign Juan Cuadrado.
Having struggled for playing time at Stamford Bridge, Salah now says he has spoken with Mourinho about a permanent exit from the club.
“At the moment I don’t intend to return to Chelsea,” the 22-year-old was quoted by talkSPORT.
“I want to do well with Fiorentina. I spoke with [Chelsea manager Jose] Mourinho and told him I wanted to leave Chelsea and he was fine.
“The Italian League is of a high standard.”
