It’s been a tough season for West Ham so far, but some of their key men took time out to unwind as they joined Snooker legends Steve Davis and John Parrott for a game of Crazy Snooker!
As noted by Sky Sports, boss Manuel Pellegrini has warned his players against complacency this week as they have picked up their form after a poor start to the campaign.
However, before they return to action on the pitch, Marko Arnautovic, Mark Noble, Javier Hernandez and Robert Snodgrass linked up with Davis and Parrott for a game of Crazy Snooker. Read more and watch how they got on by clicking here!
There were six holes over the course which produced some brilliant and hilarious moments along with some horrendous misses and amazing trick shots.
It was all put together by Betway as they sponsor this year’s UK Championship, and these lucky Hammers stars managed to get in a fun afternoon with some sporting legends as they showed some good and not-so-good quality on the snooker table.
It will be back to the day job on Tuesday though when they face Cardiff City, looking to secure all three points as they try to climb up the Premier League table from their current lowly spot of 13th.
However, they’ll have the chance to record back-to-back wins in the league for the first time since January 2017 against Neil Warnock’s men, and Pellegrini will be hoping that this quartet enjoyed their time off to unwind and will be ready to play an influential role in helping his side secure a win.
Recent speculation has suggested that Arnautovic could be on the move in January, with Man Utd linked with a shock move. However, his teammates will be hoping that the close bond that they’ve built is a factor in convincing him to stay, and clearly they relished having some banter between them over a round of Crazy Snooker!
