Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III has endured media scrutiny for his poor play and made comments about his teammates that put him in hot water.
Griffin has been accused of being a poor leader, and his teammates are reportedly turning on him while head coach Jay Gruden is also disapproving of his actions.
The 2012 second overall pick said that when a team plays badly, their quarterback will play badly too. Griffin jumped to his Twitter account and defended his comments, insisting that he would never throw his teammates under the bus.
