The Portuguese now has 208 goals in 205 matches for Los Blancos.
Since making the £80m switch to Real Madrid from Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo has recorded a quite astonishing goal-scoring record for the Spanish giants.
The brace that the 28-year-old netted against Getafe on Sunday takes the forward’s tally at Los Merengues to 208 goals in 205 matches.
The second strike by Ronaldo was a cheeky back-heel that moved the Portuguese superstar ahead of Hugo Sanchez in Madrid’s all-time scoring list.
Now only four players lie ahead of the attacker with 50s’ legends Ferenc Puskas and Alfredo Di Stefano fourth and second respectively, Carlos Santillana in third and Raul leading the way.
