Bony marks his Swans debut with a brace.
Well Swansea City didn’t need to worry about making the step up to European football as a prolific performance saw the side run out 4-0 winners over Malmo.
The Swedish side were no match for Michael Laudrup’s team and new club record signing Wilfried Bony marked his debut for the Swans with a brace.
Top-scorer from last term Michu opened the account in the first half, before Bony got a head on the end of a Wayne Routledge cross in the second to make it two.
The scoring pair combined for the third as the Spaniard’s shot rebounded off the post right into the Ivorian’s path, whilst fellow debutant Alejandro Pozuelo finished off the rout late on.
