Newcastle’s Senegalese forward scores wonga-goal…
Papiss Cisse scored an impressive curler in a friendly against St. Mirren in yesterday’s friendly victory.
The player had previously refused to wear the club shirt, which is sponsored by pay-day loan company Wonga, because of religious reasons. After much debate however, and after a picture of Cisse gambling in a Tyneside casino emerged, the player gave in, and has appeared in his first friendly of pre-season.
He delighted fans with a sublime curled finish, reminding them of some of his most memorable efforts when he first joined the club in January 2012.
