Golden State pick up comprehensive win in Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia 76ers were on the crest of a wave this past week, as their win over the Chicago Bulls at the weekend secured a 3-0 start to the season.

Point guard Stephen Curry was also in impressive form as he recorded a triple double, with 18 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.
Coach Mark Jackson will be relatively pleased with what he has seen from his players thus far, as Golden State undoubtedly have aspirations of securing one of the top seeds in the Western Conference.
Meanwhile, their conference rivals were also in good form as the Clippers overwhelmed the Houston Rockets in a 137-118 win.
J.J. Redick had a game-high 26 points, but scoring came from all areas for Clippers coach Doc Rivers, while Chris Paul added his usual brilliance with 17 assists.
It was Dwight Howard’s first time returning to Los Angeles after leaving the Lakers this past summer, and he grabbed nine rebounds to lead the way for the visitors.
Nevertheless, Rivers will be buoyed by the early promise his team is showing, and their scoring has unquestionably been impressive so far.
